In the video, the speaker argues that the country’s tax dollars shouldn’t spent on helping ER’s. on my point of view, I agree and disagree with the speaker for three reasons. First of all, I agree because citizens are more important than ER’s because the citizens might need help. For example, Kuwait spent a huge amount of money on ER’s and countries on war, rather than spent that amount of money on Kuwaitis. Secondly, the governments have its own economic problems.
